Motivated to work, Shane entered Orion’s Manufacturing Training Program. He developed new skills in clamp block and mechanical assembly, inventory, shop math, and measurements. Though he started off shy, he learned more, and his confidence grew.

Observing his progress, his Job Developer, Lavada, knew Shane needed a company with a great culture. They landed on Defense and Aerospace Business Solutions.
