SKILL AREAS
Orion is an award-winning supplier to some of the world’s biggest aerospace companies. That means our manufacturing trainees get to learn real-world skills in a working facility, on real projects. Training can focus on:

COST
Orion contracts with third parties for sponsorship so our trainees pay nothing to participate in a course. Participants earn minimum wage while in the training program.

CLASS HOURS
Class hours depend on location. Mukilteo hours are between 6:00am and 2:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Auburn shifts are typically 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, but could also be four 10’s, swing, or part time.

PROGRAM LENGTH
Instruction typically lasts from four to twelve weeks, depending on the individual.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Manufacturing work includes a variety of hand work and machine work that can be performed sitting or standing. Our work environment demands constant use of one’s hands and coordination with metal parts, tools, and machinery.
