Cost
Orion contracts with third parties for sponsorship so our trainees pay nothing to participate in a course.

CLASS HOURS
Our classes run Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 11:30am.

PROGRAM LENGTH
Instruction typically lasts from two to six months, depending on the individual.

DRESS CODE
Students are expected to dress business casual during the program (khakis, slacks, dress shirts, sweaters etc). Jeans are allowed on Fridays.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Jeri Sue Lucas is Orion’s Clerical Customer Service program instructor. She has a deep background in retail and customer service, and has worked to develop specific training tracks within our program to build our students’ experience.
MEET JERI LUCAS
Jeri is a mentor’s mentor, training not only our students but other Orion teachers too. “Instructing is what I do,” she says.
